Be Kind to Cyclists

So I have decided to get into this world of blogging. I have a lot to say. Most of it is when I’m bitching about something! First on my target list are all the cyclists in Austin. I think it’s great. I really do….WHEN THEY OBEY TRAFFIC LAWS! I’m sorry but when I see a cyclists speeding thru red lights and almost hitting me when I’m going thru the cross walk when I have the walk signal, the last thing I want to do is “be kind to cyclists.” Or when I’m sitting at a red light and they go hauling ass between cars…I’m not thinking “be kind,” I’m thinking that I wish I would have seen it coming sooner so I could open my door and knock them off as they ride by. It’s so annoying. When they obey traffic laws, I will be kind….until then, I’m just looking for the day I knock one of them out!
